Enough is Enough

When we say “Enough is Enough” we mostly mean that we’re fed up, sick and tired, or we’ve taken all we can take. But the word of God says that He will never give you more than you can bare. That would imply that what you have, is enough. So maybe what you meant to say is that “Enough IS Enough” -- enough is all that is required for you to get started. Today, let’s say it together, putting emphasis on the word IS--- and believe it in your heart. Enough IS Enough! So Stop making excuses and DO and OWN the assignment GOD has given you. Here are a few reasons why you should apply what you know to do, TODAY!

  • Which one are you?// Whether you are fed up or full to the max on talents you haven’t yet tapped into you. You are FULL. My question to you is what have you done to make yourself fluid?. To get in the flow of the personal (non-comparison) success river. Or the flow of the gratitude for all things that are already going well. Seasons change and time is constantly moving, so why are you not in the flow of this move too?

  • Stop avoiding the possibility of success because of your fear of the future// This is specific to the person who knows what their future looks like but the journey to getting there seems challenging and uncertain. It’s like seeing an island in the distance, but there is water between it and the shore you’re standing on. You pace back and forth praying, gathering resources to make a boat, strategize and make plans, but you never do the most crucial thing- that is leave the shore. Whether in a boat, life rift, or swimming you can not avoid the unknowns of the water, you just have to endure it. So take a push and launch into the deep.

  • It’s bigger than you. People are waiting for you to walk in your freedom so that they can be free// People are hurting, suffering, waiting on you to get out that next great idea, or create a community of women to keep them sane and provide some relief. You have enough (gifts and talents), know enough (your experiences), and are enough (you are a completed work) to get started helping someone else along their way.

  • Pursue progress not perfection// “I have observed something else under the sun. The fastest runner doesn’t always win the race, and the strongest warrior doesn’t always win the battle. The wise sometimes go hungry, and the skillful are not necessarily wealthy. And those who are educated don’t always lead successful lives. It is all decided by chance, by being in the right place at the right time.” (Ecclesiastes 9:11) Enough said!

  • God expects interest on His investment in you// Yall remember the story of the three guys and the talents...they are were given something, however one of them hid the one thing they had- rather than producing something more from it. The other two people were able to multiply what was given to them and when the moment of accounting came, they were able to respond favorably. This is because GOD invested skills and talents within you that He expects to receive the return of glory on His investment.
